To enquire for a bridal booking, please email Maddy with your preferred date, number of people, exact location and estimated time to be ready by. Maddy ONLY takes bridal bookings for minimum 4 people, maximum 7. If your bridal party is larger than 7 people, Maddy recommends hiring a second artist and is happy to assist in organising this.

Maddy DOES NOT take mobile bookings on the weekends for any event other than bridal parties.
Maddy does offer travel bookings for weekdays for all types of events with a minimum of 4 people per booking. This is including but not limited to photoshoots, media/TV makeup, formals and engagement parties.
Terms & Conditions
All appointments are secured by a 50% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable in all cases other than government enforced COVID-19 lockdowns
Appointments cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment cannot transfer their deposit to a new date. If you wish to reschedule and transfer your deposit, you must do so prior to these 72 hours. This deposit credit will expire in 12 months.
No shows will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the total cost. You will also be unable to schedule any new appointments in future if this fee is not paid.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the total cost. If you wish to cancel you MUST do so before the 24 hours to avoid this payment.
If you are more than 15mins late to your appointment, your booking will automatically be cancelled and you will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the total cost.
PLEASE CANCEL IF YOU:
- ARE SICK OR HAVE ANY FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS
- HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE THAT IS SICK OR HAS FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS
- HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19
- HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO ISOLATE FOR ANY REASON.
In these cases, the same cancellation policy applies.
